About the role
UI/UX Designer Position: UI/UX Designer Department: Product Design / Design Team Employment Type: Full-time / Internship Role Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability principles. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that solve real user problems. Responsibilities Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications Apply UI principles including layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy Create high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Maintain design consistency using design systems and reusable components Analyze competitor products and identify opportunities for improvement Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices Required Skills Good understanding of UI/UX design principles Knowledge of user-centered design processes Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Basic understanding of responsive design for web and mobile Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills Ability to communicate design decisions clearly Preferred Skills Knowledge of HTML and CSS Basic understanding of front-end development Experience creating case studies and design portfolios Familiarity with design systems Experience with user testing and research methods Qualifications Degree/Diploma in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Design, or related field Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and projects Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala UI/UX Designer Position: UI/UX Designer Department: Product Design / Design Team Employment Type: Full-time / Internship Role Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.
