About the role
Designing and implementing custom WordPress themes and plugins. Customizing existing WordPress themes to meet client requirements. Developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites, including troubleshooting and debugging. Optimizing website performance, speed, and responsiveness. Conducting website security audits and implementing necessary security measures. Collaborating with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality websites on time. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and web technologies. Providing technical support and guidance to clients as needed. Requirements: Proficiency in WordPress development, including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus. Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards is a plus. Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug. Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. Good communication skills.
