Technical Lead - Python Programming

You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join your dynamic team. Familiarity with No-SQL databases and message broker systems is also essential. Experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications. - Own architecture decisions and ensure best practices in software design and development. - Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing. - Design and implement robust and scalable APIs using Django and FastAPI. - Work extensively with relational databases to design and manage data models, queries, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Utilize No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures. - Integrate and manage message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM-MQ for efficient inter-service communication. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
