About the role
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Machine Shop & Heavy Fabrication Engineer with strong knowledge in manufacturing components such as Heat Exchangers, Heavy Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Tube Sheets, Dish Ends, Flanges, and Baffles. The candidate must be capable of reading engineering drawings, preparing quotations, estimating project costs, and coordinating machining and fabrication activities. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications.Prepare cost estimation and quotations for heavy fabrication and machining jobs.Plan and supervise machine shop operations and heavy fabrication work.Handle manufacturing of components such as tube sheets, dish ends, flanges, baffles, and pressure vessel parts.Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure accurate fabrication as per drawings.Monitor machining processes (CNC / VMC / HMC / conventional machines) and fabrication activities.Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of fabricated components.Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding technical clarifications and project progress.Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 510 years experience in machine shop and heavy fabrication industry.Strong experience with heat exchanger and pressure vessel components manufacturing.Ability to read complex engineering drawings and prepare quotations.Knowledge of machining tolerances, materials, fabrication processes, and welding.Familiarity with cost estimation, vendor coordination, and project planning.Good communication and problem-solving skills.We Require Experience Person Sales & Estimation cost cuttingHuman Resource - Anjali Sharma -8928697115 Or Email- hr@rajog.inPay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Machine Shop & Heavy Fabrication Engineer with strong knowledge in manufacturing components such as Heat Exchangers, Heavy Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Tube Sheets, Dish Ends, Flanges, and Baffles.
