About the internship: We are looking for a motivated Cloud Trainee (Tally on Cloud) to join our Cloud Operations team. This internship offers hands-on training in Tally on Cloud deployment, cloud server management, user support, installation, troubleshooting, remote access, and cloud infrastructure operations. Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role as a Cloud Support Executive or Cloud Operations Executive. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Learn and assist in Tally on Cloud deployment and configuration. 2. Configure cloud servers, user access, remote desktop environments, and cloud resources. 3. Assist in the installation, setup, and migration of Tally on Cloud environments. 4. Provide first-level technical support to Tally on Cloud users. 5. Troubleshoot connectivity, login, printing, backup, and application-related issues. 6. Monitor cloud server performance, uptime, and overall system health. 7. Assist with server backup, data restoration, and disaster recovery activities. 8. Coordinate with the cloud operations team to resolve technical issues. 9. Maintain cloud user accounts, permissions, and security configurations. 10. Prepare installation guides, technical documentation, support reports, and service records. 11. Handle support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. 12. Assist in client onboarding, cloud setup, and post-deployment support. 13. Follow up with clients regarding support requests and service updates. 14. Maintain accurate documentation of cloud infrastructure and support activities.
