About the role
Maintain and monitor electrical systems related to furnaces, ladles, and auxiliary equipment Ensure stable power supply and electrical safety during melting operations Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime Rolling Mill Handle electrical maintenance of rolling mill equipment and control systems Attend electrical faults and ensure smooth rolling operations Improve system reliability and support energy efficiency initiatives Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) Maintain electrical and control systems of CCM for continuous casting operations Support inspections, testing, and upgrades of electrical components Assist during shutdown maintenance and commissioning activities Qualifications BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience in steel plant electrical systems is preferred (not mandatory) Knowledge of motors, drives, panels, and industrial electrical equipment Basic understanding of automation and control systems is an advantage Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary as per industry standards Opportunity to work on an upcoming steel project Career growth and skill enhancement opportunities Safe and professional working environment
