Technical Lead AI/ML

Job PurposeJoin the transformation toward autonomous telecom networks. You will design and deploy AI/MLdriven solutions that enable TM Forum Level 4+ closedloop automation, helping networks detect issues, make decisions, and selfheal across RAN, Core, IPTX, and Cloud domains. What Youll OwnDefine and execute the roadmap toward autonomous network operations. Build AI/ML models for anomaly detection, fault prediction, traffic optimization, QoS forecasting, and intentbased automation. Develop closedloop systems for selfhealing and selfoptimizing networks. Build scalable data pipelines and manage the endtoend MLOps lifecycle. Integrate solutions with ONAP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible, supported by CI/CD practices. Whats ExpectedStrong experience in AI/ML, including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, and deep learning.Handson expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikitlearn, and NLP frameworks.Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink, and MLOps platforms such as MLflow or Kubeflow.Deep telecom knowledge, including RAN, 4G/5G Core, Cloud, and Transport Network.Experience with network automation, orchestration, and cloudnative technologies.Preferred QualificationsB. Tech in Electronics and Communication.510+ years of experience.Experience in and/or knowledge of telecom (5G SA/NSA/EPC/Cloud).Team spirit and strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.Good timemanagement skills, selfstarter, able to work independently.Intermediate Japanese proficiency (good to have).
