Architect - Order Management

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Catalog & Order Management Architect in a Rakuten Group company, focusing on the BSS Transformation Program for the mobile telco industry. Your main responsibility will be to drive different activities within the project related to Catalog & Order Management Solution aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client requirements sessions and map client needs to internal product components, identifying custom development/services. - Coordinate client services and technical delivery/management teams for client enhancement or build projects. - Develop high-level design and technical solution for BSS systems, including data models, flow diagrams, and infrastructure diagrams. - Define scope, design solution offerings, and drive end-to-end technical solutions. - Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis. - Act as the point of contact for Catalog & Order Management solution, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, high-performance solutions. - Provide expert technical consultancy, design leadership, and contribute to technical best practices and standards. - Troubleshoot solution performance challenges and provide consulting if needed. - Evaluate new marketing technology products and service offerings. - Participate in technical roadmap assessment projects. Qualifications Required: - Experience in designing end-to-end solutions for BSS Solutions, particularly Catalog & Order Management in a Telecom environment. - Hands-on experience in designing order fulfillment flow. - Strong leadership skills to drive different activities within projects and work with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in developing technical presentations and proposals. - Familiarity with Cloud Native and SaaS offerings. - Experience with open-source Java frameworks and solution deployment with container orchestration. - Proficiency in database systems like Document-oriented DB, RDBMS, and NoSQL DB. - Solid technical knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, JSON, XML, REST, and Kafka. - Experience in performance tuning, cloud-based products, and architecting complex marketing technology projects. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
