Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

• Automatisierung von Abläufen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfung – von R&D über End-of-Line-Tests bis zur Datenerfassung und -auswertung aus Testläufen
• Entwicklung von Testsequenzen (z.B. NI TestStand) sowie das Schreiben und Warten von Treibern für eigene und externe Geräte
• Anbinden und Integrieren von Systemen und Programmen über gängige Schnittstellen (DLL/COM API, REST, Datenbanken, Feldbus/TwinCAT u.a.)
• Entwicklung interner Tools zur Datenerfassung, -auswertung und Visualisierung
• KI-Themen vorantreiben: Entwicklung von MCP-Servern/-Tools, Erschließung konkreter AI-Use-Cases und Prompt Engineering
• Befähigung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Werkzeugen
• Selbstständige Projektbearbeitung von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

• Technisches Studium, Technikerabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – motivierte Einsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
• Solider (technischer) Software-Hintergrund; Programmiersprache flexibel, C# ist bei uns de facto Standard
• Gespür für Schnittstellen und APIs: Sie wissen, wie man DLLs, REST-APIs und Datenbanken einbindet und anspricht – wichtiger als die Kenntnis einzelner Programme
• Interesse an KI / Large Language Models und Freude daran, neue Technologien praktisch einzusetzen
• Kenntnisse in Mess-/Prüftechnik, TestStand, TwinCAT oder Feldbus-Systemen sind ein Plus
• Analytisches Denken, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
