Digital Technology Analyst, Quality Assurance

As a QA Analyst at Ralph Lauren Consumer Technology division, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing a modern QA practice through your expertise in software quality assurance, automation frameworks, and engineering methodologies. Your role will involve leading automation initiatives, improving test coverage, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile delivery model. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Maintain Automation Code: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using tools such as RestAssured, Selenium, and Appium for an enterprise level e-commerce system. - Test Strategy: Translate business requirements into detailed test plans and cases, prioritize testing activities, and execute end-to-end tests. - CI/CD Integration: Enhance test automation frameworks by leveraging cloud infrastructure and implementing CI/CD pipelines. - Test Environment: Improve deployment approval processes for automated testing and deployments across different environments. - Collaborate: Review quality specifications and provide feedback to Engineering teams. - Governance: Ensure detailed reporting on product quality and track quality assurance metrics. Qualifications: - Multi-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience in development technologies and test automation frameworks. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Javascript, and familiarity with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven, and Pytest. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and non-functional/load-testing frameworks like Gatling, JMeter, and K6. - Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sterling OMS is a plus.
