As a Senior Data Scientist at Ralph Lauren Corporation, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning and AI solutions for complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end Data Science/AI solutions, including building timelines, prioritizing tasks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Leading the identification of machine learning opportunities and designing comprehensive solutions. - Developing advanced machine learning models such as deep learning, recommendation systems, and natural language processing. - Guiding the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments to ensure robustness and performance. - Designing experiments, conducting hypothesis testing, and evaluating the impact of models on business KPIs. - Collaborating with business, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows. - Contributing to the data science & AI roadmap by advocating for best practices and promoting a data-driven culture. - Leading the end-to-end measurement for AI systems, aligning metrics with business outcomes, user experience, and trustworthiness. Qualifications and Experience: - Master's degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field. - 6-9 years of professional experience in advanced analytics and machine learning roles. - Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and experience with big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop). - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). - Experience in various machine learning methodologies including NLP, classification algorithms, data mining techniques, and deep neural network architecture. - Familiarity with AI system design, human-in-the-loop frameworks, and AI system monitoring and governance practices. - Proficiency in MLOps best practices, model deployment at scale, and designing AI/ML governance structures. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
