Senior Architect Company: Rama Group Position: Senior Architect Location: Pune Experience: 7-12 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Summary Rama Group is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural planning, design development, consultant coordination, and execution support for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in managing projects from conceptualization to completion while ensuring quality, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with statutory norms. Key Responsibilities - Lead architectural design and planning for residential and commercial projects - Prepare and review concept designs, presentations, working drawings, and GFC drawings - Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and liaison consultants - Ensure project designs comply with municipal regulations, building codes, and approvals - Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and design implementation - Manage design timelines, approvals, and coordination with internal project teams - Work closely with management, sales, and execution teams for project optimization - Review material specifications and architectural finishes - Handle consultant management and client/stakeholder coordination when required - Ensure projects are delivered as per quality standards and timelines Required Skills - Strong expertise in architectural planning and execution - Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and materials - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office - Good understanding of statutory approval processes and building regulations - Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently Qualifications - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture - Registration with COA preferred - Experience in high-rise residential and township projects preferred Preferred Candidate Profile - Strong technical and design management capabilities - Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment - Team handling and consultant coordination experience preferred Employment Type Full time .
