About the role
As an experienced and detail-oriented Engineering Manager, your role will involve overseeing project execution, cost analysis, material assessment, client billing, and coordination activities across multiple project sites. Your technical judgment and leadership will directly influence project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Study and evaluate materials specified and utilized at individual project sites - Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents for proper understanding and execution - Prepare cost estimates, quantity assessments, and monitor project-related expenses - Coordinate with site teams to track project progress and material consumption - Prepare and verify client billing, measurements, and supporting documentation - Attend client meetings, project review meetings, and coordination discussions - Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors as necessary - Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements - Maintain project records, reports, and correspondence - Identify cost-saving opportunities and support project profitability Required Qualifications: - Education: B.E. / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field Technical Skills: - Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings - Proficiency in material specifications, costing & quantity estimation - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office; AutoCAD preferred Experience: - 5+ years in construction, interiors, project management, estimation, billing, or engineering coordination - Hands-on experience in client billing and project documentation Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines About the Company: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.
