Job Description PLC & Robot Engineer Designation Engineer / Officer Employment Type Permanent No. of Vacancies 1 Qualification Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Minimum) Experience 5–6 Years Preferred Age 24–28 Years Industry Automotive Manufacturing / Stamping Plants / Industrial Automation Location As per Company Requirement Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PLC & Robot Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, program, and optimize PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, CNC machines, and industrial automation systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring maximum machine availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Program, debug, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500 and Failsafe PLCs) using TIA Portal . Configure and maintain Siemens WinCC HMI/SCADA systems. Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens CNC Systems (802D, 802DSL & 828D). Diagnose and resolve issues related to robot controllers, PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, CNC controllers, motors, and electrical systems. Coordinate installation, commissioning, and electrical modifications of production equipment. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain critical electrical spare parts inventory. Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, MTTR, MTBF, and other maintenance KPIs. Support implementation of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing initiatives.
