Role Overview: As an AVEVA Engineering Administrator at Ramboll Tech, you will be embedded within the team and play a crucial role in the administration, governance, and support of AVEVA platforms for the Energy Global Business Area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring stable, secure, and standardized system operations across Energy projects, supporting global project teams throughout the project lifecycle, and looking for initiatives for automation and ongoing improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining operational documentation, providing expert guidance to users, and acting as the go-to authority for Engineering-related queries. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the custodian and single point of ownership for AVEVA Engineering projects within the Energy Global Business Area. - Take end-to-end responsibility for day-to-day AVEVA Engineering operations, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance. - Own project environment setup, including databases, MDBs, user access, roles, and permissions, in line with discipline governance. - Manage and govern AVEVA Engineering Conceptual model, ensuring controlled updates and compliance with project and client standards. - Monitor system health and proactively manage issues, risks, and operational incidents affecting Engineering projects. - Look for initiatives for automation and ongoing improvement, collaborating with the development team to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Support user onboarding, provide expert guidance, and act as the primary point of contact for Engineering-related queries within Ramboll Tech. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field. - 7+ years of experience in AVEVA Engineering administration, preferably within Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Power, or Renewables projects. - Hands-on experience with AVEVA Engineering 15.7, including configuration and administration. - Strong experience in AVEVA PML scripting and customization. - Experience with AVEVA Global setup and configuration. - Familiarity with AVEVA data models, project structures, and multi-discipline interfaces. - Certification in AVEVA or relevant systems administration is a plus.
