As a Mechanical HVAC, Fire Protection & Fuel Systems AutoCAD Engineer at Ramboll, your role will be crucial in designing SLD, space planning, layout development, and routing for HVAC, piping, fire suppression, and diesel fuel distribution systems in large-scale Data Centers. Your expertise in AutoCAD, mechanical systems, and spatial coordination will be essential in translating engineering intent into fully coordinated, constructible layouts. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing Mechanical SLD, Space Planning & Equipment Layout - Developing layouts for HVAC plants, external utility layout, pipe network planning, data hall & cooling layout, mechanical rooms, and support areas - Designing HVAC piping & duct routing for chilled water systems and airside systems - Layout design for fire protection & suppression systems - Designing HSD Yard & Diesel Distribution System - Ensuring Safety Compliance and Mechanical Schematics & System Understanding - Preparing BOQs, equipment schedules, and technical documentation - Coordinating with electrical, architecture, and structural teams for clash-free design - Creating high-quality AutoCAD drawings and supporting site teams Mandatory Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in AutoCAD (2D) - Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, fire protection, and diesel fuel systems - Experience in Data Centers / Industrial / Infrastructure projects - Good communication skills Qualifications: - 515 years of experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical projects - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Additional Information: Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company committed to creating a thriving world for both nature and people.
