As a Mechanical HVAC, Fire Protection & Fuel Systems AutoCAD Engineer at Ramboll, you will play a crucial role in designing and coordinating various mechanical systems for large-scale Data Centers. Your expertise in AutoCAD and mechanical systems will be instrumental in translating engineering intent into fully coordinated layouts for HVAC, piping, fire suppression, and diesel fuel distribution systems. You will ensure efficient plant planning, optimized routing, safety compliance, and clash-free coordination across all mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Mechanical SLD, Space Planning & Equipment Layout - Design HVAC Plant & External Utility Layout - Create Data Hall & Cooling Layout - Plan Mechanical Rooms & Support Areas - Design HVAC Piping & Duct Routing - Layout Fire Protection & Suppression Systems - Design HSD Yard & Diesel Distribution System - Prepare Mechanical Schematics & System Understanding - Generate BOQ & Technical Documentation - Coordinate & Ensure Clash-Free Design - Produce Drawing Production & Quality Qualifications Required: - 515 years of experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical projects - Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in AutoCAD (2D mandatory) - Strong understanding of HVAC, Piping, Fire Protection, and Diesel Fuel systems - Ability to convert P&IDs and schematics into layouts - Experience in Data Centers / Industrial / Infrastructure projects - Knowledge of Redundancy concepts, Safety, and operational requirements - Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company that focuses on creating a thriving world for both nature and people.
