As a Workday Analyst (HR Enablement Consultant) at Ramboll, you will be a part of the Global HR Operation - Workday team, responsible for maintenance and support of HR applications globally, specifically Workday. Your primary tasks will involve providing general Workday support, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), handling HR updates in Workday, and ensuring timely completion of Workday updates. Additionally, you will be involved in creating training materials, investigating embedded training in Workday, and developing skills in Workday Automation (RPA). Key Responsibilities: - Provide general Workday support including service, updates, and change requests - Assist in UAT for Workday processes - Update HR information in Workday, particularly employee changes - Ensure Workday updates are completed as per timelines/SLA - Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers - Support Team Lead in deployment - Create and maintain training materials such as quick guides and step-by-step guides - Investigate and develop embedded training in Workday - Develop skills in Workday Automation (RPA) Qualifications: - Experience with Workday tool and international, multi-cultural organizations - Experience with Change Management processes - More than 4 years of experience with HR tools like Workday - Service-minded with a focus on good customer service - Experience in complex (matrix) organizations - Systematic and structured work style with attention to detail - Strong team player and motivated self-starter Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - Strong communication and coordination skills, fluent in English (both verbal and written) In Ramboll's Support Organisation, you will contribute to keeping the company running smoothly, enabling various departments to focus on their expertise.
