Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites, including earthwork, foundation, structural works, roads, drainage, buildings, and utility installations for waste management and environmental infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards. Monitor progress against project schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.). Manage site resources including manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental norms, and statutory regulations (e.g., pollution control, labor laws). Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, measurement books, RFIs, and other site documentation. Handle site-level problem-solving, variations, and technical issues related to civil works. Support project handover, as-built drawings, and close-out documentation. Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders in the Lucknow region.
