As a Full Stack Lead / Solution Architect, your role involves designing, developing, and scaling modern web applications and AI-powered solutions. You will need strong expertise in technologies like React.js, Python (FastAPI), AWS Cloud, and databases like PostgreSQL/SQL Server. Your responsibilities include: - Solution Architecture & Design: - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. - Define system architecture, technology stack, and development standards. - Drive architectural decisions for cloud-native and microservices-based applications. - Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements. - Full Stack Development: - Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Python (FastAPI). - Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services. - Optimize application performance and user experience. - AI & Intelligent System: - Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs and Generative AI technologies. - Build RAG solutions and AI workflows. - Integrate AI services, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques into applications. - Cloud & DevOps: - Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. - Ensure system monitoring, logging, and infrastructure scalability. - Leadership & Mentorship: - Lead and mentor engineering teams. - Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
