About the role
Key Responsibilities Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, and Work Study Calculate SAM/SMV and improve production efficiency Perform Line Balancing and layout optimization Monitor productivity, capacity planning, and manpower utilization Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams Prepare daily/weekly IE reports and efficiency analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor Required Skills Strong knowledge in SAM, SMV, Line Balancing, Work Study, and Capacity Planning Hands-on experience in garment/apparel manufacturing operations Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Preferred Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering Background from reputed garments/apparel companies Experience in knitted garments manufacturing preferred Immediate joiners are highly preferred Qualification Degree in Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering, or related field
