Head of Solutions Industrial Vision AI Location: Hyderabad/India About NAVA Vision AI NAVA Vision AI helps industrial enterprises improve safety, operational efficiency, and compliance using Computer Vision and AI. Our platform transforms existing camera infrastructure into actionable operational intelligence for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, mining, energy, and other industrial environments. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Solutions to work closely with our leadership and sales teams during customer engagements and solution delivery. You will help bridge customer requirements with our product and engineering teams, ensuring successful solution design, implementation, and long-term customer success. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role suited for someone who has successfully deployed enterprise Computer Vision or Industrial AI solutions for customers in the USA/Europe. Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and solution workshops with enterprise customers. Understand customer operations and recommend appropriate AI solutions. Design scalable solution architectures for Proof of Concepts, pilots, and production deployments. Guide implementation strategy, deployment planning, and technical best practices. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout customer engagements. Support enterprise sales opportunities with technical expertise. Develop reusable deployment methodologies, playbooks, and implementation standards. Mentor engineering teams on customer deployments and solution architecture. Contribute to product direction based on customer and market feedback. Ideal Background 10+ years of customer-facing technical leadership experience. Strong experience in Computer Vision, Video Analytics, Edge AI, or Industrial AI. Experience leading enterprise deployments from discovery through production. Experience in working with US/Europe customers directly is a MUST Good understanding of camera systems, video streaming, edge computing, cloud infrastructure, GPUs, networking, and enterprise solution architecture. Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, MES, CMMS, EHS, or IoT systems. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, mining, energy, or oil & gas environments. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Startup or high-growth company experience is preferredRole & responsibilities .
