Business Objects Developer

Job Description: As a SAP BO Developer at Compass Cash Center-Digital Systems, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of reports for cash management solutions. You will focus on SAP Business Objects data engineering and report creation to provide actionable insights for cash management operations. Working in a cross-site scrum team with colleagues located globally, you will play a key role in enhancing the market-leading cash center workflow product used by banks and cash-in-transit businesses worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and test reports in SAP Business Objects for cash management solutions. - Create data models and universe designs to support reporting requirements. - Develop custom Web Intelligence reports and dashboards. - Assist with effort estimation for new reports and enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in report development. - Create proof of concepts to validate design assumptions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. - Provide training and documentation for report users. - Participate in development process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Proven experience in SAP Business Objects development. - Strong knowledge of data modeling and universe design. - Proficiency in creating Web Intelligence reports and dashboards. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. - Experience in providing training and documentation for end-users. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
