Data Analyst / Solutions Specialist

Job Description: The Global Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) is a newly formed function that provides best practices, sales materials, market knowledge, solution design and intelligence services, bid management services and pricing so we can enable sales teams to sell the full portfolio of services across Randstad's specializations. There are three specializations within the Global CoE to support various business segments: Enterprise, Operations/Professional (OTS/PTS) and Mid-Market. You will be a key member of our Enterprise solution design team. The solution design team has a deep understanding of the global talent spectrum, our design services cover all aspects of talent acquisition and management, including HR and recruitment solutions, Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Statement of Work (SOW) Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), mobility, outplacement and career transition services. Department Center of Excellence (CoE) The Center of Excellence (CoE) is here to help win, retain, and expand business across all specialisations, from OTS and PTS to Mid-Market and Enterprise. We also provide dedicated support to our Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts (GESA) and our wider international clients. Purpose of the job: You enjoy the challenge of analysis and transforming baseline client requirements from various formats to clear and tangible insights which accelerate our commercial pursuits.Your preparation and analysis will focus on contingent and permanent talent models. Where you use our standard analytical tools and target operating models to create a structured foundation and first draft analysis which has organised, transformed and mapped the client's data into actionable insights.You will team up with solution design experts to shape up and solve our client challenges. Together we will activate the most effective, efficient and engaging experience for our clients and their talent. Job Responsibilities: with direction from your line manager take new solution concepts, then design, build and deploy specialist tools for CoE pursuitsidentify opportunities to utilise AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency across the CoEutilise google sheets development experience to enhance and maintain the OneTool and/or CoE SD toolkitstake ownership of ad-hoc reporting, audits, satisfaction surveys to monitor the quality of the solution design and adherence to processaffinity and ability to learn and apply analytical platforms such as the google looker, google sheets, excel or another analytics platform to turn data into insights and visualizationsconverts client requirements and terminology to initial target operating modelsmodels will vary per region and will require learning various terminology along the wayutilise OneTool and SD toolkit to create first draft overview and analysis of client requirements using a standard process and formal hand-over to the Solutions leadsummarizes scope, complexities, risks and incomplete or missing insightsleverage industry insights which create impact with facts and insights as part of ongoing improvement and benchmarkssupport internal projects to enhance and expand service to support our stakeholdersjoins virtual meetings and checkpointssupports to optimize the talent model analysis process and suggesting improvements on how data is mapped and translated into regional or global talent models Key performance indicators: utilise AI to increase productivity and reduce wasteidentify inefficiencies, build automation to free up space for solution designerscreate and maintain SD toolkits for each CoEdeliver specialist builds, enhancements and ad-hoc reports within deadlinesKey Stakeholders: global sales Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE)solution design leads across all regions and CoEssales, pursuit leaders & general supervisorother functional areas within Randstad and operating company stakeholders e.g concepts team Job Requirements education & experience University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual. knowledge & skills: strong Gemini AI design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions experience2+ year google sheets experience / Apps scriptsfunctional knowledge of RPO and MSP solutions and/or commercial finance modelsanalytical aptitude and ability to take requirements into structured formatsbusiness process design and requirements analysisdata transformation and analysisexcellent communication skills in Englishhandling confidential information e.g innovation, talent hiring volumesaffinity with HR/staffing/talent models and terminologystrong experience of Google suiteunderstanding of the sales process and sales cycle end to enddigital fluency with using google or Microsoft office environments or data analytical ability to work with deadlines and own time managementinterpersonal skills to frequently engage with stakeholders at all levelshands-on approach to lead by example.likes to work in a global environment
