About the role
As a Senior Manager in Data Quality & Governance at our company, your role will involve significant hands-on experience with Snowflake platform, proficiency in SQL and Python for data quality automation, and deep understanding of data governance principles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in Snowflake platform, including Data Metric Functions, Dynamic Data Masking, and governance capabilities. - Utilizing strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or dbt for data quality automation within Snowflake environment. - Leading and delivering data governance programs in complex environments, designing enterprise data quality frameworks and metadata management strategies. - Managing data catalogue implementations, ensuring adherence to metadata standards, lineage documentation, and governance policies. - Engaging with stakeholders at a senior leadership level, managing workstreams, and mentoring junior team members effectively. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced certification, advanced lineage experience, and familiarity with AI governance frameworks. Your core behaviors and competencies should include strategic focus, executive credibility, collaborative leadership, and accountability. In terms of education and experience, a BS/BA Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience is required, while an advanced degree is preferred along with 10+ years of experience.
