Data Analyst - Excel - VBA

As a Data Management & MIS professional, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data accuracy and availability. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, identifying trends, and opportunities for business growth. In addition, you will lead project meetings, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Management Information Systems (MIS) for data accuracy and availability. - Transforming raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics. - Leading project meetings and serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders. - Building and managing automated dashboards and high-impact presentations for executive leadership. - Exploring and implementing AI-led analytics tools to automate traditional reporting and enhance predictive modeling capabilities. In terms of technical skills and qualifications, you should have: - Mastery of VBA Power Query and complex modeling in Advanced Excel. - Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for data visualization. - Familiarity with AI-driven analytics platforms. - Proficiency in creating C-suite ready decks that tell a story beyond the numbers. - Proven track record of managing project timelines, resource allocation, and external vendor relations. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - A proactive mindset focused on process optimization and automation.
