As an IT Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, configuring, and upgrading computer systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing complex computer repairs and coordinating vendor support for critical repairs. - Troubleshooting technical problems in collaboration with the IT department. - Logging incidents into the Helpdesk ticketing system and resolving them promptly. - Providing support for in-house web applications and proprietary software. - Maintaining an accurate inventory list of all IT equipment. - Creating and updating documentation for processes. - Assisting the IT Operations teams in troubleshooting issues. - Supporting colleagues with technical projects and other assigned duties. - Building positive relationships with team members and internal departments. Your qualifications should include: - 1-3 years of Office 365 and Active Directory experience. - 1-3 years of IT support experience. - 1-3 years of broad desktop/laptop support experience. - Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange experience. - In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of workstations, printers, and other client hardware. - Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Win10), Microsoft Office (O365), and macOS. - Solid understanding of general TCP/IP connectivity issues in LAN/WAN/VPN/Internet environments. - White glove executive support experience is preferred. - Customer service focus with strong communication skills. - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. - Experience working at a geographically diverse mid-sized company with remote offices and teams. - Ability to handle multiple tasks successfully. - Willingness to learn and work independently. Additionally, education requirements for this role include a preferred Bachelor's degree and entry-level certifications from CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft are a plus.
