About the role
We are seeking a visionary Instructional Design Leader to drive large-scale SAP and Systems Implementation (SI) learning engagements. You will lead a global team of specialists, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and high-impact employee experiences. Location:-Bangalore/Pan India (except Mumbai & Gurugram) Exp-10-15 y The Role at a Glance As a Learning Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning solutions. You arent just managing projects; you are building a practice, mentoring talent, and leveraging cutting-edge tech like SAP EnableNow to transform how global workforces adopt new systems. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Drive large-scale SAP/SI engagements, managing stakeholders, project economics, and high-level quality assurance. - Team Development: Build and mentor a team of instructional designers; serve as a coach to foster continuous qualified growth. - Design Excellence: Oversee the creation of learner-centric content (WBTs, VILT, Videos, Nano-learning) using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and visual design principles. - Innovation: Utilize advanced digital tools (Articulate, WalkMe, Vyond) and explore automation to increase operational efficiency. - Business Growth: Partner with regional leaders to build project pipelines and develop proprietary tools and methodologies. What Were Looking For - Experience: 1014 years in complex learning projects, specifically within SAP (S4/HANA, FI, HR, MM) or other ERP environments (Oracle, Workday). - Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of SAP EnableNow and various authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate). - Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage project risks, budgets, and large, distributed teams. - Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to global stakeholders. - Agility: A proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cultural collaboration. Bonus Points - Experience with gamification and data-driven instructional design. - Background in content marketing or tech-heavy organizations. - Familiarity with video technology and website design. .
