Senior Enterprise Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Enterprise Architect at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to shape the long-term technology vision and strategy. You will ensure that the enterprise architecture aligns with business objectives, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Your role will focus on strategic foresight, governance, and standardization to create a sustainable and adaptable technology landscape across the enterprise. Collaboration with business units and technology domains will be essential to establish architectural principles, frameworks, and standards that guide solution design and delivery. Your strategic leadership and technical breadth will be crucial in guiding the enterprise towards a future-ready architecture supporting scalability, security, sustainability, and continuous business transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Support and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture vision, principles, and frameworks to guide technology decisions. - Ensure governance processes are followed for solution designs alignment with enterprise standards, business strategy, and technology roadmaps. - Develop and maintain target-state architectures and transition roadmaps for key business domains. - Drive architectural standardization for consistency, interoperability, and reusability across the enterprise portfolio. - Partner with executives and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into enterprise-wide technology capabilities. - Influence strategic planning by identifying how technology can enable new business models, improve competitiveness, and drive transformation. - Review and update enterprise integration patterns, data governance standards, and interoperability models for seamless information flow. - Ensure the technology ecosystem supports innovation, operational excellence, and strategic business outcomes. - Lead architecture reviews for major programs and portfolios, ensuring long-term alignment and resilience. - Establish and promote architectural practices, playbooks, and reference models to elevate architectural maturity across the enterprise. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in senior technology roles, with at least 5 years in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture leadership. - Proven track record of defining and governing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, standards, and reference models. - Extensive experience with enterprise-level systems, cloud platforms, integration strategies, and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API ecosystems, data governance, and interoperability standards. - Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to connect technology decisions to long-term business outcomes. - Outstanding communication and influence skills, capable of engaging executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
