Service Now - Tax Senior (Pune)

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across IT service management platforms. The role involves working on end-to-end development, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with global stakeholders. Location: PAN India Key Responsibilities - Design & develop ServiceNow applications and modules - Work on ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and related modules - Develop client scripts, business rules, workflows, UI policies - Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs - Perform customization, enhancements, and platform upgrades - Troubleshoot issues and provide production support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery Required Skills - Strong experience in ServiceNow Development - Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal / CSM - Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS - Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) - Expertise in workflows, ACLs, scripting - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience - 47 years overall experience - Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow development Positive to Have - ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification - ITIL knowledge - Experience in large-scale or consulting environments .
