About the role
Duties Proven experience in Windows systems administration Understanding of WDS and OS image Customisation Proffeciency in Ticketing tool like ServiceNOW Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols Experience with security tools and compliance frameworks Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Expertise in designing deploying and managing Windows Deployment Services WDS integrated with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit MDT Customized OS images as per requirement Practical experience with antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike and Windows Defender Basic knowledge in scripting Knowledge on Network segmentation and Network concepts Knowledge on reporting dashboard tools Ensuring Information Security compliance for corporate and lab devices Experienced in ITIL processes including Incident Change Problem management Skills Windows Client OS Win 11 Windows Server Understanding Networking Concepts Excellent collaboration and communication skill Education Bachelors Degree Preferably Computer Science .
