Position: Technical Lead Engineer Computer Vision Location: Pune (On-site) Experience: 7+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Computer Vision solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role involving architecture, coding, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with customers to deliver scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Computer Vision engineers. Design and optimize Computer Vision algorithms and pipelines. Deploy production-ready AI solutions on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and Jetson edge devices. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery. Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices. Balance technical leadership with hands-on development. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Computer Vision. Minimum 2 years in a Lead/Senior role. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience with PyTorch, CUDA, and TensorRT. Experience with Object Detection, Tracking, Segmentation, Recognition, or Video Analytics. Production deployment experience of Computer Vision applications. Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin/Xavier or similar). Strong communication and leadership skills.
