About the role
You will manage the requirements and execution of policy data migration within insurance management systems. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business and technical requirements for policy data migration.Collaborate with developers to design and implement data conversion strategies.Conduct data mapping, transformation, and validation activities for policy data.Develop and execute test cases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Provide post-implementation support for converted data and policy administration processes.Required Skills5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on policy data conversion.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation.Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and data migration.Experience working within the insurance industry.Ability to communicate requirements between technical teams and business stakeholders.Any Graduate degree.Preferred SkillsExperience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
