Lead Level: 10+ years frontend experience (Min 5 years React + 24 years team leadership/architecture). Execution: Proven track record with enterprise-scale SPAs and REST API integration. Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
