Experience is capturing design decisions,tech debt and exceptions Good experience of establishing platform design and architecture Should be able to design build books for Microservices,microfrontends,streams etc Should have sound know how of cyber controls (SecAPI etc) Excellent Object Oriented Analysis & Design skills Proficiency with build tools like Gradle and Maven .
