About the role
A n experienced OM Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize cloud-based Order Management solutions. The engineer will be responsible for managing integrations, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting order-to-cash processes, and ensuring the reliability and performance of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystem. Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations. Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns.
