Hiring Alert | SAP PLM Functional Consultant / Lead | Bangalore (Hybrid) Rapinno Tech is hiring an experienced SAP PLM Functional Consultant / Lead for one of our prestigious clients. Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 12+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days only Payroll: Rapinno Tech Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP PLM solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PLM solutions. Drive process optimization across: Specification Management Recipe Development (RD) Change Management (CM) Document Management System (DMS) Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process harmonization. Design integrations between SAP PLM, SAP S/4HANA, and external enterprise applications. Define integration strategies using APIs, IDocs, Middleware, and SAP Integration technologies. Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Support governance, documentation, user adoption, and enterprise compliance initiatives. Must-Have Skills 12+ years of SAP PLM Functional Consulting experience Strong expertise in: SAP PLM DMS (Document Management System) BOM Management Product Structure Change Management Hands-on experience with: SAP S/4HANA Integration Specification Management Recipe Development Portfolio & Project Management Process Modeling tools: Signavio Visio Experience in: Large ERP Transformations Digital Transformation Programs Functional Solution Design User Training & Documentation APIs, IDocs & SAP Integration Technologies Preferred Candidate Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong workshop facilitation and business consulting experience. Ability to simplify complex business processes into user-friendly functional solutions.
