Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Developer Location : Pune Experience : 5 to 10 Years Employment Type : Full-Time (Contract) Contract Duration : 1 Year About The Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) Developer to join our team on a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP, database architecture, and solution design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and support solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) platform. Understand customer business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions. Design and recommend appropriate database architecture based on business needs and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 5 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP). Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP architecture and customization. Experience in designing and proposing database architecture for enterprise applications. Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience with SQL Server and database optimization. Knowledge of integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Exposure to ERP implementation or support projects.
