Job Description About Raptee Energy Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI. Job Summary Manufacturing Systems Engineering Interns play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities - Design and development of machinery and test systems. - Understand the assembly processes of various sub systems. - Design and development of subassembly stations - Design and development of special material handling equipment and conveyors - Work study and time study of the assembly process - Sub assembly station Layout optimization - Communicate with vendors and support the team for procurement of above related components - Work Ergonomics, Safety and 5S implementation.
