About the role
Role Overview We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with 5 6 years of hands-on engineering experience across .NET Core, Python, SQL, React.js, and Next.js to join HPE s Business Analytics Automation domain. The candidate will work on building scalable, cloud-ready applications that power enterprise analytics, automation frameworks, operational dashboards, AI-assisted insights, and next-generation digital tools used across HPE s global customer and internal business units. This role requires solid technical depth, the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment, and a passion for building high-quality, secure, and modern enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack, production-grade applications using .NET Core, Python, React.js, and Next.js aligned to BAA engineering standards Build secure REST APIs, reusable microservices, and automation-ready backend components Work closely with Data Analytics and RPA teams to integrate analytics models, RPA workflows, Agentic AI, and automation pipelines into applications Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, procedures, and data workflows for analytics and automation usage Contribute to productizing internal innovations turning POCs into stable, scalable enterprise applications Integrate with internal HPE platforms, cloud services, and automation ecosystems Participate in architectural discussions, modern UI/UX design adoption, API design, and performance optimization Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (cloud, analytics, RPA, architecture, DevOps) Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, security, and engineering governance Support transformation initiatives such as system modernization, automation enablement, and data-driven dashboards Troubleshoot application issues, perform RCA, and resolve blockers across development and UAT environments Adopt best practices in CI/CD, Git branching, containerization, and cloud deployment Detailed explanation of technical skills: Strong programming experience in: .NET Core / C# Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) UI engineering experience using: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript Database expertise: SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL Strong SQL, optimization, indexing, data modeling Cloud-ready development and microservices architecture Experience integrating with: Analytics pipelines Automation/RPA workflows REST APIs internal platforms Understanding of secure coding and enterprise engineering standards Secondary Skills (Added for BAA Domain Relevance) Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath / Power Automate) Experience integrating analytical models (ML/AI) into applications Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM-driven workflows, or automation intelligence Knowledge of dashboards or analytics visualization frameworks Experience with containerization (Docker/K8s) and CI/CD pipelines Behavioral Competencies Ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability Strong problem-solving and debugging skills High attention to detail, security, and engineering quality Ability to work in a multi-team, multi-site engineering environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fast learner with willingness to adopt new technologies Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Relevant certifications in Cloud, React, .NET, or Python (preferred) Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
