Java Lead

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 10 14 years of hands-on development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade product applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and Microservices , along with proven experience in product development . The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, architectural decision-making, and ownership of end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications. Own the technical delivery of the team and ensure high-quality code standards. Translate high-level designs (HLD) into robust technical solutions. Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues. Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables. Support production releases, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
