About the role
: Saviynt Consultant / Saviynt Engineer Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Role Summary The Saviynt Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments. The role works closely with security, risk, compliance, and application teams to ensure effective identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Saviynt Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA modules including user lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows. Configure roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies aligned to business requirements. Lead application onboarding and integrations using Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, JDBC, REST, SAP, cloud apps). Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance: Manage Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes and automated provisioning/de-provisioning. Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns for SOX, SOC, PCI, and internal audits. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and audit evidence within Saviynt. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IAM, GRC, SOC, application, and audit teams. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops. Provide technical support for pre-sales, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs (where applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP. Saviynt implementation + connectors (AD, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations. Functional & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls. Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with global stakeholders. Strong documentation and attention to detail. Education & Certifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Saviynt, IAM, or security certifications preferred.
