Technical Migration Architect - Core Banking Program

10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (14.x) development, implementation, and production support. Strong experience in Core Banking implementation, migration to FLEXCUBE, and Core Banking Transformation projects. Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Product Developer in the Core Banking domain. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL , with knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, Batch Processing, and system integrations . Strong understanding of SDLC, solution design, application architecture, and production support . Experience managing application support, change requests, UAT, performance/security testing, and production deployments . Knowledge of Core Banking modules including General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and other banking channels. Experience leading onsite/offshore teams, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and SLA delivery. Familiarity with Unix/Linux/AIX environments is an added advantage.
