About the role
Key Responsibilities Oracle Database Administration - Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c): - Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning - Manage backup and recovery using RMAN - Handle user management, roles, privileges, and security - Perform database refresh, cloning, and migration activities - Troubleshoot database issues and ensure high availability Oracle WebLogic Administration - Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server: - Create and manage domains, managed servers, clusters, and JVM tuning: - Configure SSL, security realms, and data sources: - Perform WebLogic patching and version upgrades Server Mirroring / Replication - Implement server mirroring / replication for high availability and disaster recovery - Configure and manage Oracle Data Guard / filesystem-level mirroring / VM replication: - Monitor replication status and perform failover and switchover activities - Ensure data consistency between primary and secondary servers Red Hat Linux Administration - Install and configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL): - Perform OS patching, kernel upgrades, and system hardening: - Manage users, permissions, services, cron jobs, and startup scripts - Monitor system performance (CPU, memory, disk, network) General & Support Activities - Provide production support and handle incidents, RCA, and preventive actions - Maintain system documentation and SOPs - Support audits and compliance requirements - Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities Job Types: Full-time, Part time Work Location: In person .
