Exploring the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Analyst-II. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. How your day will look like/Job responsibility Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements of project. Organize the testing kick-off meeting. Identifying and selecting the automation test cases. Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy. Creating an automation test plan and getting approval. Configuring Automation Test Environment. Automating the design of a framework. Implementing it as per the structure of the project. Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases. Collating and monitoring the defect management process. Education & Work Experience 2 - 3 years of progressive experience with Software Quality, Software Testing. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Knowledge: Prior domain experience with hand-on testing. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plusWorking knowledge of test management software and SQL. Research skill for finding the best automation framework/tool combination solutionsScripting skill : Professional with Java/Python/C# etc. Skills: API Automation including framework and script design and having good understanding on REST Assured & Postman. GUI Automation of Data & Analytics applications using Selenium. Good knowledge on BDD & TDD framework. Good knowledge on Security Testing including cloud-based infrastructure. Good knowledge of performance testing with JMeter. Experience working independently as a tester. Attitude: Strong ownership mindset. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
