About the role
Opening for the below mentioned locations: Chromepet, Mogappair, Kilpauk & Madhavaram Looking for immediate joiners Residential project experience is mandatory Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship. Check and verify measurements and material usage at site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly. Handle manpower allocation and monitor productivity. Resolve technical issues arising at site during execution. Coordinate with procurement and stores for material requirements. Assist in billing, estimation, and quantity verification activities. Preferred candidate profile Experience in residential construction projects only. Ability to manage site activities independently. Good technical and reporting skills.
