Information Technology Engineer

As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, upgrading, and managing the software, hardware, and networks of the company. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining Client operating systems such as Mac and Windows, ensuring general maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of IT projects and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications meeting enterprise standards - Manage system/application environment and ongoing operations - Contribute to infrastructure architecture and design - Research, design, implement, and test technology solutions - Collaborate with IT and business partners on various initiatives - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues - Write programming/scripts and diagnose complex technology/application errors - Monitor and report performance and utilization of assigned technologies - Assist in developing tactical strategies and procedures related to systems/application administration Qualifications Required: - Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - 2+ years of hands-on experience in HelpDesk and IT administration - Familiarity with Agile methodology - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Adaptability to rapidly changing environments - Clear and articulate communication of technical information - Competency in highly integrated environments with MAC and Windows operating systems - Strong knowledge of Apple products - Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions aligned with business objectives - Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their integration interfaces - Willingness to learn from mistakes and apply feedback for improvement Location: Mumbai As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, upgrading, and managing the software, hardware, and networks of the company.
