Head of UX

As the Head of UX Design at Razorpod, your role will be to lead the design team and oversee projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for building living systems that continue to improve post-launch and deliver ROI. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading UX projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and results are met - Managing and developing a team of approximately 5 designers, guiding their work and helping them improve - Collaborating directly with senior clients to understand their problems, manage scope, and translate unclear briefs into actionable plans - Setting the design strategy, defining what to build, why it's important, and how success will be measured - Establishing and maintaining design systems, continuously enhancing them post-launch - Contributing to winning new projects by shaping design approaches in pitches and proposals - Defining team standards, processes, and tools to optimize workflow To be successful in this role, you should have: - Prior experience in a design agency or studio - 8-12 years of experience in UX/product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - A portfolio showcasing your design thinking process, research, decision-making, and tangible outcomes - Proficiency in research, structure, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration with developers - Demonstrated experience in building or evolving design systems - Strong client communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities Nice to have qualifications include: - Exposure to various industries such as BFSI, Auto, Telecom, Healthcare & SAAS - Comfort with data analysis and testing to support design decisions - Understanding of signals generated by different systems within the CX stack Joining Razorpod will offer you the opportunity to lead the development of living systems, report directly to leadership, and influence design decisions.
