About the role
Role Overview: You will be a highly skilled Website Developer with expertise in WordPress development and UI/UX design. Your role will involve handling website development projects independently, ensuring seamless user experience, performance optimization, and visually compelling interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with high performance and responsiveness. - Design intuitive, user-centric UI/UX experiences for websites and landing pages. - Convert wireframes and mockups into fully functional websites. - Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices. - Implement campaign pages and website updates in collaboration with marketing and content teams. - Manage plugins, themes, hosting environments, and website security. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards. - Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular website maintenance. - Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance digital experiences. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders. - Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Experience in website speed optimization and technical SEO implementation. - Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and website deployment processes. - Ability to create visually engaging and conversion-focused web experiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
