About the role
About the job We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented Technical IT Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise IT products and platforms. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will own the product roadmap and backlog, lead Agile delivery, and ensure the successful release of high-quality products that align with business objectives while delivering exceptional value to customers. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and product features. Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards. Own and prioritize the product backlog while balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical debt. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure product releases meet quality, performance, security, and compliance standards. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key product metrics to drive continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Demonstrate willingness to travel and work from client locations, as required, based on project and business needs. Required Qualifications 58 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Solution Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and system integration. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance strategic product vision with day-to-day execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and governance. Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration. CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certification. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
